This Refund Policy ("Policy") describes the terms and conditions under which users of FlatMayt ("we", "us", "our") may request refunds for purchases or subscriptions made via the FlatMayt mobile application (the "App"). By using the App or making a payment through our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All purchases made within the FlatMayt app, including one-time in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other premium services, are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below or as required by applicable law.
You are responsible for reviewing all subscription features, terms, and eligibility before making a purchase. Continued use of premium services after a transaction is processed constitutes acceptance and acknowledgment of the transaction.
FlatMayt offers monthly and/or yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features such as full messaging capabilities, visibility boosts, and enhanced search tools. Subscriptions are billed in advance and set to automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for subscription renewals will not be issued once the billing cycle has started. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and auto-renewal preferences through your respective app store account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:
Cancellation will stop future charges, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
While all purchases are generally final, we may issue a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

We do not have the authority to issue direct refunds for transactions processed by third-party platforms (Apple or Google). If your purchase was made directly through FlatMayt (in future versions that support direct payment), please contact us with:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of confirmation. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card provider, or app store policies.
We do not offer refunds for the following:
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team and giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and restrict future access to FlatMayt. Fraudulent chargebacks may also be pursued legally.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to additional remedies under local legislation, including the right to a refund or compensation in certain cases.
